Tubular adenoma is a common benign breast tumour that occurs mainly in young females. Microscopically it appears as a well-circumscribed, compact, proliferation of small round tubules separated by little intervening stroma. The tubules are lined by epithelial cells surrounded by myoepithelial cells.
